Gord Dahlen

Hi there, I'm Gord Dahlen, a highly experienced mortgage professional who has been dedicated to the Canadian mortgage industry for over 30 years. I'm currently serving as Partner - VP, Brokerage Development at BlueTree Mortgages WEST and I'm passionate about building solid relationships with my clients.

Growing up in a small town in Dawson Creek, BC, I learned the values of honesty, trust, and loyalty, and these have remained the foundation of my career. I'm committed to building winning teams and have held senior-level positions in both brokerage and lending firms.

I'm especially proud to be a part of BlueTree Mortgages WEST, where our team of over 80-strong spans BC, Alberta, and Saskatchewan. We're known for going the extra mile to deliver service that simply shines, and I'm excited to contribute my industry knowledge and experience to help grow this first-rate team.

My passion for the mortgage industry has earned me recognition as a 2012 inductee of the Canadian Mortgage Hall of Fame and recipient of the CMP Canadian Mortgage Awards - Lifetime Achievement Award in 2011. But at the end of the day, I believe in working hard and having fun along the way. I value spending time with family and good friends and making the most out of life.

I'm Steph, a Mortgage Professional, with over 20 years experience. Katie (Dahlen) Cheney

I'm Katie Chaney, a dedicated mortgage broker working with BlueTree Mortgages WEST since August 2020. I work primarily behind the scenes to support Gord and Stephanie. I prides myself on providing excellent customer service and helping clients navigate mortgage financing.

I currently reside in Kelowna, BC. I have lived in several cities, growing roots in the lower mainland and the Okanagan servicing all of BC. I am passionate about real estate, investments and our ever changing markets, all while helping others achieve their financial goals. I have served and worked with all ages, personalities and walks of life. I pride myself in my ability to connect in some way with whoever's path I cross.
